Approved entries, posted to NetSuite through Ledge's SuiteApp
Getting an entry into the ERP is often a chore of its own: format a CSV, run an import, fix the rows that fail, and save a screenshot as proof. Ledge's SuiteApp connects directly to NetSuite, and once you approve an entry, it posts with the working paper and posting evidence attached; teams on Sage Intacct get the same approve-then-post flow.
What the Accounting Agent prepares
- Journal entries formatted for your ERP, with subsidiaries, departments, classes, and custom segments mapped
- Approved entries posted directly, without CSV templates or import files
- Posting evidence, including screenshots where required, attached to the close task
- Bi-directional sync with NetSuite, so the GL reflects posted entries during the close
- A link from every posted entry back to its working paper and source data
How it works
- Pull the data. Ledge reads GL accounts, segments, subsidiaries, and transactions from your ERP, plus source data from 150+ integrations.
- Prepare the work in your logic and format. The Accounting Agent drafts the entry from your working paper and formats it to your chart of accounts and segment structure.
- Review and approve. Once approved, the entry posts to NetSuite, where you can also require a second approval before it reaches the ledger. On Sage Intacct, approved entries post the same way.
What stays in your control
- In NetSuite, Ledge's write access is limited to posting journal entries, and only after approval
- Role-based permissions for who can approve and who can post
- Every posting logged with who approved it and when

FAQ
Which ERPs can Ledge post journal entries to?
NetSuite, through Ledge's SuiteApp, is the deepest integration. Ledge also posts approved entries to Sage Intacct. Either way, every posted entry links back to its working paper and source data.
Is Ledge a NetSuite SuiteApp?
Yes. Ledge's SuiteApp is listed on SuiteApp.com and connects to NetSuite with continuous bi-directional sync.
Does Ledge ever post without approval?
No. An entry posts to your ERP only after an authorized person approves it, and every posting is logged with who approved it and when.
