Ledge vs Trintech
Trintech is a long-established close and reconciliation platform for enterprise finance. Ledge prepares the close for teams on NetSuite. Here is where each one fits.

Two different jobs
The two side by side
A fair read, including where the other option is the better fit.
Which fits your close
Controls you can show an auditor
Every action in Ledge is logged, every approval is recorded, and the Accounting Agent's logic is open to inspection. The audit trail builds as you close, not as a project afterward.

What to ask each vendor
Good answers come from showing the work. Ask for a task on your own data from both.
Common questions
For some teams. If your close is mostly governed reconciliation at enterprise scale across several ERPs, Trintech is built for that. If you close in NetSuite and your hours go into preparing the work, Ledge addresses that directly.
Ledge holds SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 42001, and customers close real periods with it today. For a close you cannot afford to get wrong, we recommend a proof of value on your own data.
Ledge does not have a SOX compliance module today. It has approval workflows with multiple preparer and reviewer steps, segregation of duties, optional dual approval in Ledge and NetSuite, role-based access and an audit trail of every action.
NetSuite first, then Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online. For Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Xero and others, join the waiting list. We do not promise a timeline.
One annual platform fee with unlimited Accounting Agents and users, up to 10 data sources, no per-seat fees and no implementation fees. White-glove onboarding and a dedicated customer experience manager are included.
