SuiteWorld 2026 packs more than 350 sessions and labs into four days in Las Vegas, plus the receptions, labs and evenings around them. Most of the guides written about it are aimed at admins, developers and partners. That leaves the people who actually run the close to work out the week on their own.
This guide is for controllers, accounting managers and finance leaders on NetSuite. The question is simple: which hours in Las Vegas will change how next month's close runs, and what else is worth your time while you are there?
Most of it is on the agenda. Some of it is not.
The essentials
- Dates: October 25 to 28, 2026, with pre-event training on October 24 and 25
- Venue: Caesars Forum, Las Vegas
- Passes: in-person passes sold out with a waitlist open; SuiteWorld On Air is free and virtual
- Scale: 8,000+ attendees, 350+ sessions and labs, 150+ sponsors
1. The two SuiteWorld keynotes
The opening keynote, Monday at 1:30 PM. It sets the direction for the year. Listen for one thing in particular: what NetSuite Next means for your close. NetSuite Next began rolling out with release 2026.2, starting with customers in the US and Canada. The useful question is not "what is new" but "which of my close tasks does this change, and which ones stay with my team?" Write the answers down.
The product keynote, Tuesday at 11 AM. This is where the roadmap gets specific. The last two releases put the close front and center: 2026.1 added close and cash management capabilities, and 2026.2 added new capabilities for bank reconciliation and close management. Bring a short list of your most manual close tasks and check each one against what is announced. By the end you should know which tasks NetSuite will cover natively, which ones it will not, and where the gaps sit.
Oracle AI World keynotes are co-located with SuiteWorld this year, on Monday from 9:30 to 11 AM and on Tuesday from 9 to 10 AM and 3:30 to 5 PM. They are included in the full pass.
2. Pre-event training, the only place to earn CPE
If you hold a CPA, start here. Pre-event training runs Saturday and Sunday, and each course carries 6 CPE credits. It is the only way to earn CPE at SuiteWorld.
The courses most relevant to finance and accounting teams:
- NetSuite Financials: Expanding Your Toolkit for Finance and Accounting Managers
- From Subscription to Cash: Managing Billing, Revenue, and Collections in NetSuite
- Accounts Payable and Procurement Essentials in NetSuite
- Introduction to Standard and Financial Reports
Training is an add-on to a SuiteWorld registration and has to be added by October 14 ($2,495 for both days, $1,495 for Sunday only). There is a second benefit: training attendees get two hands-on lab signups instead of one.
3. The close and reconciliation breakouts
Breakouts are organized by role and industry, so filter the catalog by your role first, then by your industry. Then search for the work that eats your close:
- Close management and the Intelligent Close Manager
- Bank reconciliation and transaction matching
- Revenue, billing and subscription accounting
- Financial reporting and saved searches
Two scheduling rules matter here. Hands-on labs and product and industry roundtables require advance registration, and lab signups are limited (one per person, two with pre-event training). Everything else is first come, first served on site, so arrive early for the sessions you care about most.
Also book a 1:1 with an expert (SuiteGuru, NSpections or Education Advising). Twenty minutes with someone who can look at your setup is often worth more than an hour in a room of 200.
4. The Expo floor and theater sessions
The Expo is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Wednesday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Theater sessions are 30-minute demos on the Expo floor, short enough to fit between breakouts and specific enough to judge a product on.
Do not walk the floor without a plan. Pick the three close tasks that cost your team the most hours, and ask every vendor you visit to show you one of them, on a task like yours, rather than a generic tour.
5. The labs that sit outside the session list
Two experiences are easy to miss because they are not breakouts:
- Impact Lab: AI in Action: Sunday from 10 AM to noon. Attendees design automations for Water.org, which is a good way to see what NetSuite can do before the conference starts
- UX Lab: feedback sessions on future product. If something in your close workflow frustrates you every month, this is where the people building it will listen
6. The receptions and peer rooms
Some of the most useful conversations at SuiteWorld happen away from the main stage:
- Welcome reception: Sunday from 5 to 7 PM, with a first look at the Expo. A good time to mark the booths you want to come back to
- Industry roundtables: peer-led discussions by industry, registration required
- User group meetups: over lunch, with teams running NetSuite the way you do
- Cloud du Jour lunches: sponsor-led solution sessions
- Industry reception: Monday from 5:30 to 7 PM
Ask the controller next to you how many days their close takes and what they still rebuild every month. You will learn more about what is possible than any slide will tell you.
7. The Party, Tuesday night
The Party runs Tuesday from 9 PM to midnight, with Maroon 5 headlining. It is included in the full pass, and attendees under 21 cannot attend. Go, and if you have a Wednesday morning session you care about, leave at a sensible hour.
8. Getting around Las Vegas
Caesars Forum is connected to Harrah's but is not inside Caesars Palace, which is the most common mix-up. If you are staying at The LINQ or Harrah's, the Forum Sky Bridge gets you to the venue in about two minutes. From the Flamingo it is about a 9-minute walk, and from Caesars Palace about 15 minutes.
Meals are included Monday to Wednesday with the full pass. Leave buffer time between sessions, since the walks are long. Comfortable shoes, a water bottle and a charger are not optional.
A finance-first plan for the week
- Sat, Oct 24: Pre-event training (CPE)
- Sun, Oct 25: Pre-event training (CPE), Impact Lab 10 AM, welcome reception 5 to 7 PM
- Mon, Oct 26: Opening keynote 1:30 PM, close breakouts, Expo, industry reception 5:30 to 7 PM
- Tue, Oct 27: Product keynote 11 AM, labs and theater sessions, The Party 9 PM
- Wed, Oct 28: Final sessions until 1 PM, last Expo visits until 2 PM
How to get more out of the week
Before you fly. Write down your three most manual close tasks and roughly how many hours each takes. Reserve labs and roundtables now. Book the vendor meetings you know you want, so the Expo floor is for discovery rather than catching up.
On site. Go to fewer sessions and take better notes. One clear answer about a close task beats ten half-heard roadmap slides.
After you get back. Debrief your team within 48 hours. Pick one close task to fix first and assign an owner. A conference that changes one task in your next close was worth the trip.
Not going in person? SuiteWorld On Air is free and virtual. Full pass holders also get 30 days of On Air access after the event, which is useful for the sessions you could not fit in.
Meet Ledge at SuiteWorld
Ledge will be at booth 1149. Look for the race car.
Bring one task from your own close, a bank rec for example, and we will show you live how Accounting Agents prepare it. The work arrives done, and your team reviews and approves it. You're in control: nothing posts without your sign-off. On a bank rec, half a day of work becomes fifteen minutes of review.
You can drop by for a 15-minute demo, or book a set time on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday: a quick 15-minute intro or a 30-minute intro with a live demo.
We are also hosting a private breakfast for controllers through CFOs on Tuesday, October 27, from 9 to 11 AM at Mon Ami Gabi, Paris Las Vegas. It is complimentary, seats are limited, and requests are approved in advance. Leave a few minutes early if you want to make the 11 AM product keynote.
If one task in your close still gets rebuilt every month, that is the one to bring.
Event details are from the official SuiteWorld 2026 site as of October 1, 2026, and may change. Check the official agenda for final times and rooms.
