The challenge

15 days a month lost to manual reconciliation and handoffs between finance, data, and R&D

Each month, Faye’s finance team pulled transaction data from multiple payment processors to reconcile collections and post journal entries into NetSuite. But every payment processor had its own format, refund logic, and quirks.

The team had to manually align payment processor data with internal systems and bank records using massive multi-tab Excel workbooks filled with complex formulas, cross-sheet lookups, and pivot tables.
