Product Manager

Ledge is a fast-growing fintech company that helps finance teams operating at scale tame payments chaos with centralized payments data, greater visibility, automated workflows, efficient investigations, and dramatically reduced risk of losses. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv and help drive the development of innovative products for our customers.
As a Product Manager at Ledge, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-impact products that solve real problems for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and sales to identify and prioritize opportunities, define product roadmap and strategy, and drive the development and launch of new products. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing key metrics to ensure that products are meeting customer needs and achieving desired business outcomes.
Minimum qualifications to apply this role:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, business, design)
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus
